A recent survey from Stanford stated that if you want your boss to side with you on your idea, you need to tell them over and over. Now, doesn't that sound like all you're going to do is annoying the heck out of them? I've been telling my boss for years that I need a raise, and it didn't work! I think the folks at Stanford need to go back to the drawing board on this one.
