Cover story: Nicole Richie is pregnant! Confirmed by multiple sources. Just over 12 weeks along. She will go public around July 11 -- her upcoming court date. Source says Joel Madden has asked for permission to marry her. She could still go to jail (she's facing a 90 day to one year sentence for her DUI), but it's more likely they would wait until after the baby is born.

Brit's War With Mom-She gave her mother a letter telling her to stay away from her kids. She alleges her mother is abusing prescription drugs and falls asleep when she watches the kids at Kevin's house. If she goes to court for a restraining order, she'd have to prove her mother is a danger to the kids or ruining Brit's relationship with them. Also: Britney is behaving like she did before her last meltdown: dyeing hair black, taking off clothes at clubs, wearing the same boots all of the time(a form of rebellion, according to a shrink), cuddling pets.

John Stamos: "I'm afraid to look at it" Exclusive interview: He talks about the videos of interviews he did while in Australia in which he seemed very out-of-it. He says it was a combination of sleeping pills and jet lag. He apologizes and says it will never happen again. He hasn't seen the footage. Not going to rehab -- he says he barely even drinks.

Cameron Diaz: Caught in a nasty divorce! Criss Angel's wife is suing him for divorce citing mental cruelty and abandonment due to his relationship with Cameron (who knew he was married?) Diaz's rep says Criss and his wife were separated for a year before the got together -- and they only went on four dates. Wife's lawyer is threatening to subpoena Diaz.
