CATALOG CHOICE-You heard us talk about it this morning, so I thought I would provide you with the link. If your mailbox gets weighed down with catalogue's every day, you can pick and choose the one's you want to receive. This site was started by 3 women trying to help the environment with cutting back on the use of paper. We don't endorse the site and we've haven't had the chance to try it ourselves, but thought we would share the info. Here is the link, http://www.catalogchoice.org/

A few things we learned on the show this morning-

-Sit still for 30 minutes and read a book, do a puzzle, or draw. If you can't do it, you are s stress junkie. (Don't worry, I fit into this category)

-The older sibling in a normal household will typically get 20 extra minutes a day of one-on-one time with mom or dad.

-More and more men are getting plastic surgery and the new thing is getting a chin job.

-It's ok to stare! Researchers both men AND women stare at an attractive person of the opposite sex and it's ok! Just don't gawk or start hootin' and hollerin'.

Fact or Fiction-
We have a new champion, Rick Simpson! You can steal Rick's money and become our new champion tomorrow morning at 8:40 am.
