Ticked Off-Scott said his wife Fran is ticked off at him because he is in band mode. Just a reminder, you can see Scott's band along with Local 6's Bob Frier this Friday night at Dexter's in Lake Mary.







MTV's VMA's-Between Britney being a total train wreck and Kidd Rock and Tommy Lee getting into a fight, last night's VMA's were very eventful. If you want more info on the fight, you can go to www.TMZ.com MTV was saying they were only going to air the show one time, but I doubt that. So, if you missed it, I'm sure you can see it again.

Al Roker-The famous Today Show weatherman joined us this morning! He has a new TV show he's produced called "Heavyweights" and it debut's Saturday at 9:00 pm on the Food Network.Michael Hundgen-You always hear us talking about TMZ.com and what a great site it is for up to the second celebrity news. Well, now they have their own TV show! It's debut's today and you can see it at on FOX at 6:30.
