Cecily Knobler-She reviewed the Nanny Diaries starring Scarlett Johanssen and thought it was just ok and gave it a B. Resurrecting the Champ starring Samuel L. Jackson and Josh Hartnett is based on a true story, Sam Jackson's performance is excellent, B-. Mr. Bean's new movie is cute for kids, but overall a C-.




Glenn Richards-Glenn gave the weekend weather an 8 overall. Look for lots of sunshine with about a 40% chance of some showers over the weekend and HOT! A bit of a same as we've had the last few days.

According to a recent survey in Salary.com, keeping a house in order is a full-time job. It's a job that would pay women better than if you were a man. According to new research, women perform tasks at home that would require paying a janitor and a housekeeper a total of $138,000 a year. MERV GRIFFIN 1925-2007




He was a singer, actor, television personality and one of the most influential talk show hosts in America's history. His birth name was Mervyn, but the world knew him as Merv Griffin.
The 82-year-old died Sunday after being hospitalized earlier in the week for a recurrence of prostate cancer. He has a new game show that he created before his passing called "Merv Griffin's Crosswords" and it will debut September 10th.
