Ticked Off-Lots of pet issues this morning. People were mad that the neighbors dog got out all of the time. That would frustrate me, especially if they were doing their business in my yard. The irate neighbor was calling the pound on the dog, which I don't think is necessary. But the owner should try and keep the dog either inside or at least confined to their own yard.
