TICKED OFF
There was a "Ticked Off" entry this morning from what seemed to be a parent mad that their daughter wasn't getting enough playing time on the girls JV volleyball team. I coached boys JV basketball at Lyman HS and at that level, your job is to get W's for the school. In high school sports, the students are not guaranteed playing time and the best players get the PT. It's the way it was when my dad played ball, when I played, and will be the same when my son plays. Now, it's totally different when it comes to Little League and Pop Warner. At that level, I think all the kids should get equal playing time. But high school, the best kids play and if you're up, then put everyone else in to get some PT.

ELLEN AND THE PUP

So, who do you think is right in the Ellen and the dog debacle? Ellen tried to find the dog a good home and the pet lady should be happy the dog is in a happy home. Come on, she said she runs the dog shelter cause she loves it and is barely making enough money to live. Did you see her Chanel sunglasses!!!!!!!!!!!! It's freakin' Ellen! She found the dog a safe, loving home, get over it.

$25 Pyramid- Erica played today and got 5 out of 5.

Joey Bartolomeo-Here is a sneak peek into tomorrow's issue of Us Weekly Magazine with the Senior Writer, Joey B.
Cover: Growing Up Suri!
"She's a happy little girl," says a family insider. She lights up when she sees her dad. She's also impatient and likes to play in puddles and mud -- not good for her expensive clothes (like a dress for $250 and jeans for $110). She was fed a Scientology-approved mixture of barley water, milk and corn syrup. Her parents can't say no to her, and they don't like to give her rules. Scientology parenting is about being a friend to the child. She is surrounded by Scientologists (but is not taking classes yet). She has two Scientologist nannies. Her parents keep her up (and out) well after midnight.

Britney's Dressing Room Rant
At Neiman Marcus, she was overheard saying, "I hate my judge. He is so mean. Just an old fart. . . . And paid me no respect at all." She was sarcastic with the judge at the recent hearing. She also wanted her dog brought over from her house in Malibu. Plus: Driving with Britney -- a map of the 96 miles she traveled on October 10 (she made 8 stops).

Fall Flings!
Cameron Diaz and Bradley Cooper -- spotted together during the past month
Carrie Underwood and Chace Crawford (Gossip Girl) -- been secretly dating since July
Jessica Simpson and Orlando Bloom -- keeping it quiet

How Much Does It Cost To Be Brangelina?
$100,000 per month rent at the Waldorf Towers in NY
5 houses (most expensive is $8.4 million)
Pitt recently bought a $2 million painting
Maddox's school tuition is $18,900

Hollywood Divorce-O-Meter
From exes who keep it friendly (like Carmen Electra and Dave Navarro) to ones whose claws are out (Kid Rock and Pam Anderson) and many in between

Kate Hudson: Phoning Owen
Telling people at her high school reunion that she's single (means relationship with Dax is over). Also, one source says she's been talking to Owen Wilson on the phone about their relationship.

Lindsay Lohan's boy trouble
Until recently, her new boyfriend was engaged. He just stopped calling the girl, her mom says.

Katharine McPhee is getting married in February at a Beverly Hills estate

Fact or Fiction-We're looking for a new champion to make a run tomorrow morning, it could be you!
