1935 - EDWIN H. ARMSTRONG announced his development of F.M. BROADCASTING.




1961 - A brush fire tore through Bel Air, California, burning down the homes of BURT LANCASTER and ZSA ZSA GABOR, and damaging or threatening the homes of Marlon Brando, Cary Grant, ROBERT STACK and Kim Novak, among others.



1967 - PHIL DONAHUE started a small talk show in Dayton, Ohio which later became "DONAHUE"





1988 - RINGO STARR and his wife BARBARA BACH lovingly checked each other into an alcohol rehab center.

"Deck the Halls" - starring Matthew Broderick and Danny Devito as two neighbors in an extreme competition over their Christmas lights. It also stars "Sex and the City's" Kristin Davis and "The West Wing's" Kristin Chenowith.



"Sicko" - the documentary from Michael Moore that goes after the American health care system and American insurance.



"Hope in Motion" - a documentary filmed by Christopher Reeve's son, Matthew, about his father's struggle to overcome his spinal cord injury after the 1995 horseback riding accident that paralyzed him.



"Ratatouille" - an animated flick about a rat with amazing cooking skills who helps a human become one of the greatest chefs in Paris. The voice cast includes Brad Garrett, Patton Oswalt, Janeane Garofalo, Peter O'Toole, Ian Holm and John Ratzenberger.



"A Dennis the Menace Christmas" - a direct-to-video holiday movie starring the great Robert Wagner as Mr. Wilson and some unknown actor as the new Dennis the Menace.
